General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Passover 2025

  1. Dates and Location of the Stay

    Passover 2025 at the Loutraki Poseidon Resort 5 ***** in the seaside town of Loutraki, Greece, from April 10 to April 21, 2025.

  2. Code of Conduct

    Participants are expected to respect the hotel’s rules: respect for the staff, respect for others, and adherence to the schedule set by the organization.
    In cases of serious misconduct, such as theft or disturbance, individuals will be excluded from the hotel without any compensation.
    • Please note that this stay takes place in strict accordance with our Jewish lifestyle rules.
    • Our kosher guidelines prohibit bringing outside food or utensils into the dining room; only those provided by us may be used.

  3. Tourist Tax

    A climate resilience tax of €10 per room per night must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

  4. Payment for Your Vacation

    Registration for the stay requires a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
    Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
    The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
    Room keys will be provided only after full payment for the stay.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your stay:
    – From the day of registration until 75 days before departure: 30% of the total stay cost will be retained.
    – Less than 75 days before departure: 50% of the total stay cost will be retained.
    – Less than 50 days before departure: 75% of the total stay cost will be retained.
    – Less than 25 days before departure: 100% of the total stay cost will be retained.

  6. Insurance and Assistance

    It is recommended to obtain cancellation, assistance, repatriation, health, hospitalization, medication, baggage, legal protection, and civil liability insurance from a reputable insurer, such as Axa Assistance, Mondial Assistance, or Europe Assistance.

  7. Modification or Cancellation by the Organizer

    If, before departure, the trip is modified or canceled by the organizer due to mitigating factors, such as food shortages, insufficient participant numbers, COVID-19 related closures, a contract cancellation by the hotel, or any other reason impacting the successful conduct of the stay, the organizer may cancel the booking, reimbursing all paid amounts without further compensation or penalty.

  8. Modification or Cancellation by the Participant

    • Any change to the original order less than 30 days before departure will be considered a cancellation and will incur the same fees.
    • No refunds will be provided for trips shortened or interrupted by the participant for any reason.

  9. Dates, Schedules, and Programs

    Yafeh Club reserves the right to modify or cancel the dates, schedules, and programs of the stay at any time without compensation.

  10. Damages

    Any damage noted in the hotel will be attributed to the responsible individuals.
    We advise our guests to obtain civil liability insurance.

  11. Theft

    Yafeh Club assumes no responsibility in the event of theft (money, valuables, etc.), loss, theft, or deterioration of your luggage or any personal belongings during the stay.

  12. Security Deposit

    A €200 deposit per room is required. This check will be returned on your departure day, provided there is no damage to the room.
